We continue to have visitors over and Alex is making many friends. Jane, Martin and Millie came over to play and he was his fine self. No, Millie is not grabbing him-- but the perspective of the picture makes it look like she has somewhat giant hands reaching out to him. (she does not have giant hands)
Then, his first French friend and my lovely colleague, Emmanuelle, came over after work to play and relax with our little one. He was wearing his 'tchou tchou' outfit as she calls it. Which is just cute.
Alex also has Olympic Fever but nothing to worry about-- curling will help cure that.
(* on an admin note- blogger.com has been having issues in general w/ videos publishing and saying they are 'not available at this time'. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about it to totally fix it but it has been noted and added to their bug report as other users have found this issue in the past month or so...once I republish the post, the videos are up and ready to go so not all is lost)
a family that yawns together stays together!
ReplyDeleteHey! Leah was born during the summer 2008 Olympics! These kids got more in common than just familial bonds - their first few weeks were filled with Olympic fever!! (and in Leah's case a nice bout with jaundice as well)
ReplyDeleteAlex had it too-- not too badly! But wow-- it's going to be like looking in the mirror for those two soon. (or not) Also, good to have you here-- not fair to me or Lee to leave us to fend for ourselves on the comment front. I kid, I kid. Soon, Jess, ALL WEEK!
